Toyota Camry Review

History of the model

Toyota Camry

2012 Toyota Camry

2/83 Introduction of the model

11/86 Second generation

9/91 Third generation. Engines: 2.2-liter with 136 hp and 3.0 V6 with 188

11/96 Fourth generation. 2.2 liter 131 hp, 3.0 V6 with 190 hp Production stops wagon

11/02 Fifth Generation. Engines: 2.4-liter with 152 hp and 3.0 V6 with 186 hp

In terms of quality difficult to make reproaches to Toyota Motor and chassis settings, however, can. Camry has always been in the shadow of competition in the upper middle class. A car that can do everything, but no one takes seriously. A noble Japanese has it all: cultivated motors, nice ride, huge trunk.

For passengers is slightly narrower than the competition, although transverse engine and front-wheel drive. However, the build quality is very convincing, just like Lexus. The trip is relaxing, supported by a series of automatic air conditioning. Only if you decide to rush the ship falls into excitement, especially not with the 3.0 V6, which has a serial automatic.

The automatic transmission has only four degrees and nervously began to change gears, instead of using quality undoubted power of the motor. One more thing: ESP has only V6. Eventually you get a luxury Camry models in sister brand Lexus, only at a much better price. So some weaknesses Toyota Camry can be easily forgiven.

The most common problems with Toyota Camry

Drive: rare cases of defective connectors from ’97

Pros: very good workmanship, comfortable bikes, comfort, safe driving

Cons: – low head restraints, higher fuel consumption, loss of high value nervous automatic transmission

Comments from owners of Toyota Camry

Drive a 2007 Camry 2.4 out of third year now and I have no complaints except that the board as 4 people and luggage, engine not enough power and is a little difficult. also do not think at the time such a car should cost more than € 12,000, but in Europe a simple family sedan (the best-selling in the U.S.) can do anything. Actually it is a simple and very easy car maintenance also parts are there and pretty shops.

It is important to see what model Camry is that what it is in the EU suspension is quite firm and the car is one inch lower and equipment and higher and a slightly sporty look.

Toyota Camry

2008 Toyota Camry

Camry is a great model of Toyota, which unfortunately is not sold much here. I like the design more than a cousin Avensis, and slightly larger dimensions are thinking.

Yesterday I saw a black car. In fact, I noticed among the general gray mass, which means that there is some radiation in it.

Otherwise the leather mask I think if you are selling one for Avensis I would gladly put in the winter to prevent stones. The exterior is not irrelevant!

Two years drove Camry 95 2.2 engine in the U.S. and a mask and then, in January sold skinned and there was no difference in the colors … and cradled that collects garbage – I do not know my standing in the garage and so far I have not been engaged to look and there’s something under it, but the fact is that something keeps besides, there is a small piece of skin that pushes air cover slightly up and thus protect and windshield.
